As guests, you will have full access to the upstairs level of a stunning residential home, which includes four large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a dedicated workspace, and a contemporary indoor living space. You’ll also have private access to the upper patio, free wi-fi, and full laundry facilities, including a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. This home has been set up with business travelers and long-term visitors in mind, so you’ll find an abundance of storage cabinets and a second refrigerator to accommodate your needs. The second refrigerator will need to be turned on upon your arrival. No additional cleaning fees are charged.

Please note that the garage is not available for use. However, there is plenty of street parking in this quiet neighborhood as well as access to the driveway. Trash and recycling facilities can be found on the outside of the garage through the side gate.

The upstairs and downstairs properties are separated by a double-sided keyed deadbolt for privacy. You’ll be given an access code to the front door.

Other things to note
Snowfall is common through the winter months. You’ll be provided with a large push broom, snow shovel, and salt to clear your path. During irregular, heavy snowstorms, the driveway and sidewalk will be cleared within 24 hours.
